I rock.

It took something like six hours, but is this not a nifty layout?

I'm gonna make up some more layouts this week...use these to occupy my time while Britt and April abandon me for Germany ;-) Maybe, if I can get these done in a reasonable ammount of time (I was up until four this morning working on this, and I had to put in about another hour's worth of work when I got up today) I'll start doing customs to earn some extra money this summer.

Yesterday was fun. Went shopping in Grandville. Spent way too much money (I spent $50 on 3 articles of clothing. This, Rick, is why I thrift shop). But...I have a new Fraggle Rock T-shirt ~grin~ It's orange ('cause the blues only came in large and x-large and the reds came in medium) and has the Fraggle 5 on it and says "Rock Your Cares Away". No matter how frightened Zack is, I'm wearing it today, along with my new shorts :-) I don't really own any other orange clothes, so I was afraid of how this would look on me...but it really brings out my green eyes. Which is very good.

It's really sad that I re-coordinate my wardrobe every time I change my hair color. And now, my eye color. Somebody's going to decide one day that this is a sign of insanity and have me locked up before my time. And then I'll bitch and moan about the stupid white straight jacket and how it will completely wash me out with my dark hair.

Anyway, also found out something quite strange about my grandparents. My dad's parents...are rent-a-cops. My 70+ year old, practically-on-their-deathbeds, grandparents are freaking rent-a-cops. It might be acceptable for my grandfather...I have no idea what the man looks like anymore. But my grandmother is probably shorter than me, certainly a hell of a lot frailer than me...who the hell would be afraid of her?

I'm debating whether I want to get any work started on a new layout before I head out shopping today. I have some images already edited to do a layout based on "These Boots Are Made For Walking". I also have another Chicago picture ~grin~ And then I'm going to do a Moulin Rouge layout or two, 'cause heaven knows I have enough pics from that movie on my computer. Wait, I need to finish applying this one to this diary before I do anything else (need to mess with the 'older' page and stuff). So, off to do that, and then maybe more layout work tonight. Go comment on how much I rock in my brand-spankin' new guestbook, everybody. Seriously. Go.
